A workday in the life of a Commercial Solution Manager
You start your day by checking your mail and you know exactly what is planned for today. You work in a close team and you are an important link between the customer and our company. After all, you are our face but also the ears and eyes of Successfully!
You find it important that our ICT solutions support the organizational needs of both new and existing customers. Your goal is to promote customer loyalty and to continue and optimize the collaboration between Successfully and the customer. You are responsible for expanding brand awareness and increasing the customer base. You advise, connect and translate the wishes of the customer in the right way and right choice. You know how to exceed expectations. To show that ICT really works for this entrepreneur and that they receive the excellent service that we stand for.
You are responsible for converting organizational needs, business risks, changing ways of working, market opportunities into assignments and you know better than anyone how to translate this to the client in words, writing and presentations, with the aim of closing deals. You see, look and use opportunities, involve colleagues where necessary and ensure that we do what we promise. Thanks to your knowledge, network and healthy decisiveness, you contribute actively and independently to the growth of Successfully on Bonaire.
What are we expecting from you?
- You have at least completed a HBO education, preferably in a commercial or IT direction;
- Knowledge of midrange accounts and able to act at board level, possibly using multi-level selling techniques;
- Knowledge of and experience with sales processes in business services;
- To be aware of the latest Microsoft techniques and to know and understand these techniques;
- Living on Bonaire, or willing to emigrate;
- Good command of the Dutch and English language in speech and writing, Papiamento is a plus;
- You enjoy translating issues into business solutions;
- You are customer-oriented and you can put yourself in the customer’s shoes to identify needs;
- You have a high sense of responsibility and are able to work independently.
