What will you do as a Support ICT coordinator?

As a Support ICT Coordinator you are the first point of contact for the customer. From this position you ensure correct reporting of the request in the Successfully helpdesk package.
In addition to correct and careful reporting, you also ensure that the registration is correctly categorized and prioritized. You also estimate the priority of the report during the first contact moment.
Depending on the priority and therefore the impact of the report on the customer’s environment, you immediately contact an engineer to deal with the report. You provide a complete handover and feedback to the customer. In addition to telephone contact, you also provide continuous monitoring of the general mailboxes, where customers also submit their questions by email.
Your daily tasks will consist of the following:
- Optimal accessibility for the customer and answering the telephone and mailboxes;
- Fully report in the helpdesk package and providing a correct categorization and impact;
- Transfer the work in order of priority and reports with a high impact for the customer to an Engineer;
- Scheduling and guaranteeing stand-by accessibility across the various Engineers;
- Stimulating customer satisfaction through excellent accessibility and communication and aftercare.
It is an all-round position in which you have a lot of responsibility both independently and with your team. You will work full time during office hours. Not a lot of ICT knowledge but affinity? Then you’re welcome too!
What do we expect from you?
- MBO + / HBO work and thinking level
- Living in Aruba;
- Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing, Papiamento is a plus;
- You are communicatively strong, hands-on, orderly and energetic;
- You have a high sense of responsibility and are able to work independently, so you are able to fully unburden the customer.
