Curacao – On-Site Support Engineer

As On-Site Support Engineer you are responsible for all first line activities. Think of workplace management, installing printers and directly supporting user questions. As the first point of contact, you pass on second and third line activities to your colleagues at Successfully. You know better than anyone what is going on site, you use this information to further optimize Successfully’s service.

What are we expecting from you?

• Completed relevant ICT education at MBO level;
• Work experience in an equivalent position;
• Knowledge and experience with Office365 and a telephone Service Desk;
• Knowledge and experience with Azure is a plus;
• Living on Aruba, Bonaire or Curaçao and in possession of a work permit if necessary;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language in speech and writing, Papiamento is a plus;
• You are customer-oriented, have a hands-on mentality, are flexible, organized and have a healthy dose of energy;
• You have a high sense of responsibility and are able to work independently, you see it as a challenge to completely unburden the customer.
