In this role, your primary goal is to establish unbreakable bonds with customers, external vendors, and the team. Your mission is to become the go-to person for advice, maintain existing and potential customer relationships, including remembering special occasions like customer birthdays or anniversaries, and excel in managing purchases and coordinating events.

Business Support:

• Create invoices and quotes with precision.
• Process orders and ensure seamless deliveries with our suppliers to Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao.

Sales and Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand our service offerings.
• Proactively reach out to new prospects and convert them into loyal customers.
• Negotiate contracts professionally and provide advice on licenses and hardware upgrades.
• Contribute to event coordination.

IT Expertise:

• Advise customers on the best IT solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Possess knowledge of Microsoft products, Windows Server, virtualization, basic network principles, backup products, monitoring software, Microsoft 365, Azure, and basic knowledge of Apple products.
